Power of
God
Exodus 33:17-20
17 So the Lord said to Moses, “I will also do
this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I
know you by name.” 18 And he said, “Please, show me Your glory.” 19 Then
He said, “I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim
the name of the Lord before you. I will be gracious to whom I
will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have
compassion.” 20 But He said, “You cannot see My face; for no man
shall see Me, and live.”
Please
take my hand oh Lord and hide me in Your rock for You are higher than I.
History has been written to show Your power in all the earth among the nations.
Every tribe and tongue of people were created by You, and You know each person
by name very well.
Many
people live their lives according to their religion, culture, customs, and
desires. Yet You still show mercy according to Your Word because Your mercy
endures forever. You are the Omnipotent God that created everything in the
heavens and earth and have established everything that You create.
Your
patience with mankind is the greatest attribute that exhibits You. We have
failed to live holy as You have commanded according to Your laws and
commandments. James 2:10 10 For whoever shall keep the whole law,
and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.
The gift
of life is precious, and no man understands the entire value of such a gift.
This gift is assigned a name, given a purpose to fulfill with heaven’s
treasures inside and has a number of days to complete its mission on earth
before departing this life.
When we are born many of us have no clue of
who we are. We learn our names and who is our family. Life may be good for some
but not so for many others. Our parents are our first teachers in life. That is
our starting point in how we’re being shaped psychologically. As we grow from
being babies into adults the things that we experienced are subconsciously
stored inside us.
Now
we’re out in the world meeting people from different walks of life. Some people
are amazing and really seem to have it all together. Then there’s the opposite
who have had some traumas, tragedies, neglect, and are disconnected socially.
Now we can see life through a new set of lenses.
No
matter how we start in life we are still given a precious gift by God that is
far greater than anything we could imagine, any family’s inheritance, good
upbringing, human love or if we were born on the other side of the tracks with
having less to nothing.
He made
us all unique and we all have a part of Him within us that He wants to connect
with us. That place is within our spirit the inner man of who we are where God
comes to meet us. We must desire to know God and please Him. Remember He knows
each of us by our names. He created us and every living being.
Some may
ask who is this God, He is the God of Abraham, Issacs and Jacob of the
Israelites. The God of the Holy Bible that we have the freedom to read about
and study the scriptures. His name is Jesus for He is our Lord and Savior. He
died on the cross for our sins. He rose three days later with all the power to
grant us eternal life, everyone who repent from their sins and believe that He
is the Son of God.
There is
only one God. God is one in three persons, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He
is Spirit and personally is in involved with people. He is the Creator of the
universe and is eternal, immutable, loving, holy, supreme, and perfect.
Ponder, if you will do you desire to be loved
eternally and have eternal life and saved from eternal damnation? If so, now is
the time to give God your heart and let Him into your life. Pray to know Him
and start by reading the Books of John and Romans. Your search will come to an
end as the Lord draws you to Him because His love is eternal peace and
everlasting.
Power
of God
Hold
your head up and look toward heaven
For
God made the sun and the moon
His
power is within the universe
You
must place your confidence in the Lord
He has given you eternal promises
Every
day will not be sunny
We
cannot walk by sight to win
Trust in the unseen that you believe is good
Because
God is all knowing and powerful
He
fashioned you out of His everlasting love
Remember that He creates everything with a purpose
He
gets joy when we come to Him for all things
He
never intended for man to live alone
