He's There

He’s There

Psalm 145:17-21

17 The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. 18 The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth. 19 He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. 20 The Lord preserves all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy. 21 My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord, And all flesh shall bless His holy name Forever and ever.

The light of Jesus shines from the throne where His grace abides. Truly heaven is above the earth because His light is seen everywhere in the universe. Everything is put into its place to perform its purpose. According to every season each seed grows and bears its fruit. The water flows throughout the land wherever He sends it. Your hand, oh Lord is upon everything everywhere all the time. You are here with us, You are there on the throne reigning and yet, Your eyes are on the righteous at the same time.

As we give praises to the most high for all He’s done in our lives, let’s make it glorious. Certainly, there is so much goodness that we have received from the Lord. Many of us our cups are running over. Yes, we can attest to the love, grace, new mercies, and favor have touched our lives. We must tell somebody about Him and the things that He’s done for us. He woke us up this morning to praise Him. Life and time are given to mankind to worship God and love Him first and foremost.

There are so many people suffering and are stuck in misery. They are only focusing on their needs and healing all the time. They cannot find any joy or have no peace. If we are in need and want to know if there is more for us in this life, we must press forward and start moving our feet. We must wake up and open the Word of the Lord and our mouths and pray to our Father and ask for what it is that we need. We must let Him know that He is the God of the Holy Scriptures, and we believe that He can do all things. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Yes, where is your faith? Speak it in the name of Jesus. This is the name that carry’s all the power and saves. Acts 4:12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Proverbs 18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe. Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.

Here in these scriptures our lives will be changed and blessed when we believe and speak the Word over us. Our faith must be activated by renewing our minds to speak the Word and follow the steps in it. We must stop letting bad words come out of our mouths and cast down those negative thoughts and imaginations that attack our minds. We must get engaged in the battle and prepare ourselves to fight back.

It’s time to open the curtains and let the sunshine into our lives. The Lord’s Word is filled with forgiveness, restoration, love, grace, abundance, peace, power, miracles, and the promise of eternal life.  Saints, the Lord is with us. Whose report are we listening to? We have what we believe. Do we think that God only love certain people and not others? No, He shows no partiality toward no man. Acts 10:34-36 Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. 35 But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him. 36 The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ—He is Lord of all—

The Lord brought together two people at a time in history who did not like one another, nor did they share the same God because Peter was a Jew the circumcise and Cornelius was a Gentile who was uncircumcised. Acts 10:1-4 There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian Regiment, 2 a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always. 3 About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God coming in and saying to him, “Cornelius!” 4 And when he observed him, he was afraid, and said, “What is it, lord?”

Now how can we continue to live miserable and remain stuck in knowing that God has the power to change our lives and circumstances. We must understand that our faith is a spiritual key given by God to access the things that we hope and believe that are in His will for our lives. Having a spiritual key means that no man on earth can take our faith from us. We must prepare ourselves to seek God for the answer to our prayers. Those of us who love Him are presenting ourselves in a posture of humility and reverencing Him with a godly fear and honor.

When we come to God bowing our hearts and minds, we are revering His Omnipotent. We know that we cannot see Him physically with our natural sight, but we believe that He is God the creator of the heavens and earth and everything in it. As we pray and give thanksgiving for who He is our faith is working to bring us closer to Him. Whether we feel sacred, foolish or doubt that this is right or making sense, we must obey the scriptures to please God. John 4:24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” James 2:19-24 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! 20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? 22 Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. 24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

He’s there in that hospital room, that bad situation, the pit, our despair that we may feel, the hurt, pain, and confusion, etc. If He woke us up this morning, we need to say thank you Lord. These things are considered as our light afflictions compared to the glory that is awaiting those who suffer for Christ. Romans 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. The Lord is working His will in our lives. Sometimes, our healings and answered prayers will not be seen on this side of heaven or look the way we perceive it. Yet, God is still on the throne working out everything to the counsel of His will.

The Holy Spirit is dwelling in us until the day of redemption. We must study the scriptures to learn how to love and fellowship with Him. God is living on the inside of us, He knows everything about us. He’s there in that secret place waiting for us to surrender our will and ways and rest in Him. We are only pilgrims here for a little while. Hebrews 11:13-16  These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. 14 For those who say such things declare plainly that they seek a homeland. 15 And truly if they had called to mind that country from which they had come out, they would have had opportunity to return. 16 But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them.

With My Soul

As I daydream about who I am

I know that there is a God that cares

In the midst of all my suffering and troubles

I’ve learned to escape when I pray

My heavenly Father knows my name

Somehow, He appears and resolves all my fears

When the storms are raging, I run to Jesus

For He is my refuge and a powerful Savior that saves

My soul knows that He’s there

I believe that I am His with all my heart

And no matter what happens to my life

I am loved and that is well with my soul
